TEEN TOBACCO USE PREVENTION AND CESSATION INITIATIVE - Outcomes Evaluation
The NC Health and Wellness Trust Fund's enabling statute requires that all funded programs be evaluated to determine the extent to which their stated goals have been achieved. A budget of $265,000 per year for three years has been allocated to evaluate funded programs. An Request for Proposal was issued on October 29, 2002 and a grant was awarded to the UNC School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine on February 27, 2003.
